Am I Living the Dream?

Happy New Year Everyone!

This year we’re all going to shine!!

In the previous newsletter, I mentioned that I had some exciting news to share–well, here it is–I am officially a full time ceramic artist!
I quit my part time job at the end of 2025 and now I’m just living my dream of doing everything ceramics. It’s super exciting and at the same time a bit scary because now I’m either fully self-employed or unemployed, depending on how you look at it.
There will be lots of changes and new things to try out. But for now, I’m just going to start the new class session and take some time to plan a little bit into the future.

New Classes are Starting Soon!

Unfortunately, the time has come to raise the cost of classes. Everything is getting so much more expensive to run, but these classes are still a good deal. They are eight weeks long and all materials and firings are included. Everything else out there is only six weeks long and the glazes and firings are extra. Plus, I will do everything I can to help you succeed!
I hope this doesn’t deter anyone from signing up. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Classes will be starting in a week and the first new offering will be a mini glaze class session! It will be a short, concentrated, knowledge building, experience broadening, ceramic essential class. There will still be the regular Monday night class offered and I’m considering offering a second ceramics class on Tuesday night if enough people are interested.
